Old Southeast Neighborhood Association hosts events throughout the year to bring neighbors together and strengthen our community. These gatherings include markets, art walks, cleanups, and seasonal celebrations unique to our neighborhood. Art Market & Jolly Jamboree
Get ready to ring in the holiday season with the Old Southeast Artists Enclave and the Old Southeast Neighborhood Association at our Art Market & Jolly Jamboree! This exciting event will bring together our community to enjoy local art, festive fun, and holiday cheer.
Artist Enclave Studio Tour
Join other Old Southeast neighbors – and art lovers from all across the bay – for this exciting event! The tour is self-guided, and there is no fee. Pick up your map on the day of the event at the information tent in The Chattaway parking lot. Maps will also be available at each studio participating in the tour.
CareFest
The Old Southeast Neighborhood Association (OSNA) continues support of CareFest while organizing the community and uniting with the city in support of our community clean-up efforts. CareFest volunteers annually clean up Lassing Park, the alleys of Old Southeast neighborhood and various common spaces throughout our community. Watch for updates on how you can be involved with CareFest.
Community Meetings
OSNA holds several community meetings throughout the year. 6pm doors open, 6:30 meeting begins. Everyone is welcome.

Easter Egg Hunt
Hop on over for an egg-cellent Easter celebration! Join us for a fun-filled morning featuring hundreds of prize-filled eggs, a magical special guest, a potluck picnic, and, of course, a visit from the Easter Bunny!
Halloween Decorating Contest
Join us for our annual Halloween Decorating Contest! The Old Southeast Neighborhood is magically transformed during the month of October. Glowing ghosts loom over houses. Bungalows boast front yards full of skeleton bones. From wicked witches to creepy cobwebs, OSE is filled to the brim with Halloween spirit. Tis the season to eat, drink, and be scary!
Neighborhood Cleanup
Neighborhood Yard Sale
OSE’s Huge Annual Community Yard Sale is back! Multiple families selling treasures and specialty items. Come find a variety of old and new must-haves and have fun meeting the people of Old Southeast.
Plant Swap and Art Raffle
Every year in April, neighbors of the Old Southeast Neighborhood bring their plants and cuttings to the shade-filled parking lot of The Chattaway Restaurant for the annual Plant Swap. Did you lose trees or landscape plants during Hurricanes Helene or Milton? This event is a great opportunity to help each other recover and celebrate our love for plants!
Summer Social
Please bring a side dish or dessert to share! Burgers, veggie burgers, hotdogs, and chips will be provided. Beer and wine will be available for purchase.
- Come out to chat with OSNA’s Board of Directors, get neighborhood updates, and learn about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities.
- A membership table will present to join OSNA or purchasing neighborhood flags
VFW Day of Service
The Old Southeast Neighborhood Association proudly participated in the VFW Day of Service, joining forces with Keep Pinellas Beautiful, the City of St. Petersburg, and local partners to complete one of our most successful cleanup projects to date. Thank you to the 25 dedicated volunteers who came out and helped remove a total of 3,060 pounds of dead plants, litter, and overgrowth along the bypass road near the Army Reserve, Polish American Society, and Coast Guard facilities.
