Artist Enclave Directory
The Old Southeast Neighborhood is proud to be a designated Artist Enclave Overlay District. This special designation permits Old Southeast artists to enrich our neighborhood by using their residences as work studios, artist lofts, galleries, and instructional spaces. This Artist Directory is designed to help promote the work of our Neighbor Artists.
Amanda Westenberg
Amanda Badgley Westenberg is a ceramic artist based in Saint Petersburg, Florida. She hand-builds vessels that often feel like objects from another era, inviting viewers to imagine their stories.
Annie Johnson
St. Pete Seahorse is a printing studio that produces hand set letterpress cards, prints, and posters on 100% cotton paper, using an 1879 Model treadle press. As well, St. Pete Seahorse creates hand cut linoleum block designs and prints on 100% cotton tea towels, napkins, work aprons, and decorative pillows.
Deb Ferber
Deb Ferber (dlynn) is an artist based in St. Petersburg, Florida, previously from Memphis, Tennessee. She has been creating art since childhood and began pursuing it more seriously in 2011.
Jean Triol
Award winning watercolor artist. Also work in oil and acrylic. I enjoy doing commissions featuring customers’ loved ones in action or a treasured property.

Joanne Kilgour Dowdy is Professor Emerita at Kent State University, Ohio. She is the author and editor of 18 books.
Mike Woodall
During the pandemic my mentor, Mary, encouraged me to express myself with discarded fence slats. With the encouragement of my muse, Joyce, I have created over 100 pieces. Some here in OSE create Fine Art, I call mine Ine Fart.
Nancy Jones
I’m a Florida native, been in the neighborhood for 55 years. I’ve been doing stain glass since 1999 and I enjoy people enjoy my glass.
Calling All OSE Artists
Are you an artist or craftsperson who lives in Old Southeast? If you are an artist in any of the following categories, we have two ways that we can support your efforts.
- Visual Arts (painters, print makers, drawers, sculptors, potters, jewelry makers, glass makers, craft artists, and photographers)
- Performing Arts (musicians, composers, playwrights, choreographers, and dancers)
- Literary Arts (creative writers and literary translators)
- Architecture and Design (architects, landscape architects, engineers, urban designers and planners, interior designers and decorators, industrial designers, graphic designers, and fashion designers)
- Media arts (filmmakers, video and audio artists, and web-based designers)
